Retrieve Link
Use the Article Retrieve link to
provide a link to an article available from ProQuest Direct. An
article can be available in up to five formats.
Capturing a Link

Start ProQuest Direct. |
| 2. |
Use Search by Word or Search for Publication to
run a search. |
| 3. |
Display an article, in an available format, from
the Search Results or Issue Contents. |
| 4. |
Capture the link. |
| 5. |
Insert the link into selected text or an image
on your site. When visitors to your site click the link, the article
will display. |
Modifying a Link
After you capture a link,
you can modify it. You can either use the Link Editor tool or modify the link by hand.
Using the Link Editor
The Link Editor has two sections:

General
Information |
contains account information and
access control fields. These fields are present in the Link Editor for all of the ProQuest
Direct links. |

Article
Information |
contains link-specific information.
The fields in this section vary for each ProQuest Direct link. |
Manually Editing a
Link
As an alternative to using the Link Editor, you
can edit the link by hand. |
